Second Shooter for Christine Meintjes

Ek het die vooreg gehad om Christine Meintjes  by Adel en Juan se troue te assisteer . Dit is so ver een van die mooiste troues wat ek by was. Ek het vir Adel en Juan deur 'n vriendin van my, Nikki Meyer ontmoet. Sy was ook een van die bruidsmeisies. Adel het soos 'n model gelyk. Hier is 'n paar van my fotos. A few lucky shots

This was just a few good shots a took though the year. Some times when assisting someone it's very difficult to get shots of your own because you always need to be on the ball when the photographer needs your help getting her a lens or to hold the reflector etc,  to help her or him get that perfect shot.

On a Sunday after a wedding, Christine and I desided to have a little bit of fun. So, we went to the dunes at Aniston and took a few fun pictures of ourselves.

I started working for Christine Meintjes at the beginning of the year as her assistant. She is one of the best wedding photographers out there. So I feel very privileged to work for her. She is not just my boss but one of my best friends.  For one wedding we went away to Aniston and sometimes I get a few shots in myself. Here are a few:

Pasella, here I come!

A few weeks ago on Pasella, they advertised that they are looking for a new presenter. I was so exited, because I love Pasella and I always dreamed of becoming a presenter of a TV show.  So I grabbed the opportunity with both hands and I asked my photographer friend, Lizelle Lotter, if she can take some picture of me. The closing date is on the 31st of December and they will let you know in the first week of January if you are through to the next round. This is such an great opportunity for me to travel through our beautiful country and meet new people. So hold thumbs!! This is just a few pictures of what Lizelle came up with...

The love of my life!!

This is our dog. His name is Lafras. He is the most  spoiled and smartest dog that I have ever seen. He only eats chicken and sometimes you must feed him with your hands. He is the King of the house and the farm. He gets very angry with his "oupa" , thats my dad, if he doesn't take him with to go "boer".  He loves it when you take photos of him. He actually poses when a camera is near. Here is a few examples...
